3 Diffuser Blends You Need To Try

I was always one of those people that loved candles, my house was constantly filled with them.

I loved the way it would leave my home smelling like a day spa or a tropical resort.

That is until I realised just how toxic these fragrance laced candles were and how they were contaminating the air in our home.

(I highly recommend you have a little google into the toxins that can be found in fragranced candles. The results may shock you)

So as devoted as I was to my Glass House candles, it was time to bid adieu and find an alternative.

Say HELLO to diffusers, in particular the Aria diffuser.

Diffusers are an excellent way to use essential oils to scent your home whilst also looking after your wellness. Plus you have the added bonus of being able to create as many unique blends as you desire.

A quick search of the internet will provide you with a plethora of diffusers which can leave you with a spinning head when trying to decide. I have tried multiple diffusers over the years from target to dusk to young living they have all provided a different experience.

I personally love the young living diffusers for a multitude of reasons, firstly being that you can choose a diffuser with your starter bundle which means you receive 12 oils + a diffusers to get you on your way. Secondly their power is second to none, I find they disperse the scent beautifully through a relatively large area and thirdly the quality of the materials is excellent and they all look beautiful.

Valor + Orange

Valor to give you all the emotional support and courage and orange for help calm the mind.

This blend smells like a mixture of creaming soda, peaches and soda pop

It will leave you feeling calm and confident and help release any strong emotions you are holding onto

Eucalyptus + Grapefruit

This is one of my favourites. It leaves your house smelling super fresh and is excellent for when you have congestion or sinus issues. Eucalyptus + Lemon is also delicious.

Thieves + Lemon

All the immunity boosting properties and will leave your home smelling like Christmas.

I also have this blend in a little spray bottle topped with water that is use to spray in my bins and cupboards to keep them fresh.

Or if you are looking for a premade blend I highly recommend Stress Away or Peace & Calming.

These are two or my favourite oil blends and do exactly as their name says calm you down and get rid of your stress.
